What is Clara AGX Metagenomics Polish?
The Clara AGX Metagenomics Polish container provides tools for polishing genomics reads compiled with support for ARM and AGX hardware.

How to Run
Packages are compiled and stored in the /opt/ directory.
Using Medaka
Medaka is shared in a python virtual environment located in /opt/medaka/.
To run the container with data located on your host, you will need to use docker bind mounts: https://docs.docker.com/storage/bind-mounts/
Please refer to the Medaka documentation for further instructions.
Requirements
- Jetpack 4.5 or later.
- Clara AGX Developer Kit for GPU acceleration.
